Take Route 6 into Wellfleet.—Left onto Main Street (traffic light with Mobil Gas Station.)

Bear left onto Commercial Street and follow to Town Marina.

Bear right with road.  Pass the Bookstore Restaurant (Kendrick Ave) on right.

275 Kendrick Ave Unit#1 is directly facing you as Kendrick Ave bears to the right.

 

 

Below are our current rental rates. Rates are weekly, however you can inquire about weekend rates during April—May and October—November. 

 

Linen service is available for $75.  This service includes sheets for all 3 beds, 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, 1 towel bath mat and 3 dish towels.

 

Cleanliness is very important to us.  Guests are responsible for leaving the cottage as clean as they found it.  Any cleaning required will be deducted from the security deposit.  For your convenience, we can offer an end-of-week cleaning service for an additional $150/week.

Check out is 10:00 AM Saturday (SHARP)

If you enjoyed your stay here at cottage #1 and are thinking you want to return next summer you may want to consider rolling over your $200 security deposit now. We do start taking reservations for next year now. The new rates for next year are below.
