This cozy cottage has a spectacular waterfront view of Wellfleet Harbor and Cape Cod Bay! Private steps lead you down to Mayo Beach for swimming, boating, fishing, shellfishing, or just plain relaxing! The sunsets are simply breathtaking, as seen by the photo below. This is one of 20 condo units at the Wellfleeter. It is walking distance from fine and casual dining, the Town Pier and the Wellfleet Harbor Actor’s Theater (WHAT) and Wellfleet’s Town Center, featuring art galleries, shops and eateries! Also in walking distance are hiking trails, playground, skateboard park & public tennis courts. Additional tennis and golf facilities are available at nearby Chequessett Country Club. The cottage has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bath. The bath has a shower stall and no bathtub. One bedroom has one full size bed and the other has two twins. Ideal for a family of four (unit cannot sleep more than four people, including baby). Amenities include blender, Gas BBQ grill, phone, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, dishes/utensils, beach chairs, TV with cable hookup, VCR, fans & heaters.
